MorTrack Text Message Verification

MorTrack, operated by MorTrack LLC, sends one-time verification codes by text message to hospital, hospice and care facility staff who report a death to their funeral service provider through a MorTrack intake form.

How you opt in. On the intake form, you enter your mobile number and tap "Text me a code". Directly under that button the form shows: "By tapping Text me a code you agree to receive a one-time verification text from MorTrack. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." Tapping the button is your consent. Texting is never required: you can verify by email instead.

What we send. One verification code each time you tap "Text me a code". Example: "MorTrack: your verification code for St. Mary Hospital is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out." We never send marketing messages.

Your choices. Reply STOP to stop all texts, START to resume, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your requests. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used only to send these codes and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our [Privacy Policy] and [Terms].
